Responsibilities
• Maintain accurate parts inventory within the warehouse
• Coordinate efficient shipping and receiving processes
• Ensure parts are organized and readily available for shop and Road Service Technicians
• Respond to incoming parts calls, emails, and inquiries promptly
• Research and source parts numbers for technicians and customers
• Handle technical inquiries from factories and vendors
• Process orders, purchase orders, warranty documents, and quotes within the ERP system
• Monitor and manage back-ordered items, update tracking systems, and communicate delivery timelines
• Maintain accurate parts pricing and communicate updates as required
• Complete weekly/monthly billings and replenishment of consignment inventory
• Code invoices accurately and verify receipts of purchased items
• Perform annual inventory counts and inventory audits
• Operate Raymond Reach forklift as required (certification not required)
• Utilize Excel, DE systems, and inventory tracking systems daily
Qualifications
• Minimum 3 years of related experience in parts coordination, inventory control, auto parts, industrial parts, or material handling environments
• Strong understanding of shipping/receiving and warehouse inventory processes
• Experience working with ERP systems, tracking systems, and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Mechanical parts knowledge of forklifts, sweepers, scrubbers, or industrial equipment is considered a strong asset
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
