Responsibilities
In this Accounting Clerk role in Guelph, you will be responsible for the following:
• Process weekly payroll for approximately 100 hourly and salaried employees.
• Ensure accuracy in payroll deductions such as Life, LTD, RRSP, and DPSP.
• Assist with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
• Support the Controller with bank reconciliations and streamlining the month-end closing process.
Qualifications
• A minimum of 2+ years of experience in a combined Payroll and Accounting role.
• Educational background in Accounting/Payroll an asset
• Proven experience working with a complex accounting ERP
• The ability to work on-site daily in Guelph
