We are looking to add a Payroll Administrator on a 12-month contract to our client's team, a growing global company with locations all around the world, from Vancouver to Shanghai, and places in between!
The payroll team works in a high-volume and fast-paced environment - paying more than 25,000 employees around the globe on a weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly basis.

The Payroll Administrator will be supporting both the US & Canadian payroll teams with administration, data transfers with system upgrades, and other ad-hoc duites.

Responsibilities
- Supporting the processing of Canadian & US payroll, ensuring all deadlines are met, including preparing payroll input, and ensuring accuracy, authorization, and compliance
- Perform payroll calculations (e.g. retroactive payments, maternity/parental leaves, payroll adjustments) and update related systems as needed
- Fosters connection by putting people first and building trusting relationships
- Ad hoc duties as required
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of payroll experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of current Canadian and US payroll rules and laws
- Superior analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with ADP WFN
- Currently holding PCP, or pursuing designation an asset
