Responsibilities
Execute full-cycle payroll for a large, multi-provincial workforce using Ceridian Dayforce.
Manage complex payroll adjustments including garnishments, benefit deductions, and off-cycle runs.
Oversee the integrity of employee lifecycles within the HRIS (onboarding, status changes, and terminations).
Facilitate year-end filings and statutory reporting, including T4s, RL-1s, W-2s, and ROEs.
Perform detailed reconciliations and assist with month-end reporting for the Finance department.
Ensure rigorous compliance with evolving federal, provincial, and state labor standards.
Qualifications
1+ years of high-volume, multi-location payroll processing experience.
PCP designation (or active pursuit of the certification) is required.
Technical proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUPs, data merging) and modern HRIS platforms.
Experience with multi-provincial payroll operations, including Quebec.
