Our client in the manufacturing and construction industry, located in Concord is looking for their next detail-oriented, well-organized, and communicative Payroll Administrator to manage their full-cycle Payroll. This person would be a standalone and work closely with the human Resources department.

Responsibilities
-Responsible for the full cycle payroll of all permanent employees including time off requests and vacation.
-Accurately process Bi-weekly payroll
-Assist with administering benefits and RRSP.
-Prepare and process payroll reports and reconcile any discrepancies.
-Prepare tax slips or forms to ensure deadlines are met.
-Assist with processing invoices for accounts payable and accounts receivable.
-Maintaining highly sensitive information and adhering to ethical standards.
Qualifications
- Degree In an accounting-related field
- At least 3 years of experience in a Payroll position
- PCP certification
- ADP Workforce Now experience is a must
- Highly detail-oriented and work within tight timelines
- Familiar with Tax regulations and laws.
