We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll and Benefits Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees, as well as managing the administration of employee benefits. This role requires a strong understanding of payroll regulations, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities
-Process end-to-end payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
-Administer and manage employee benefits programs, including health, dental, and retirement plans.
-Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits in a timely and professional manner.
-Maintain and update employee records in the payroll and HR systems.
-Prepare and submit payroll reports and tax filings as required.
Qualifications
-2-3 years of payroll experience, particularly for Ontario employees.
-Hands-on experience with payroll software, HRIS, and Excel.-Strong communication skills.
-Knowledge of federal and provincial payroll legislation.
-Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
-Strong organizational and time-management skills.
