Responsibilities
• Process full-cycle hourly and salaried Canadian payroll accurately and in compliance with company timelines
• Verify timesheets, hourly rates, overtime calculations, and deduction entries for plant and office team members
• Prepare, issue, and reconcile Records of Employment (ROEs) and year-end tax forms
• Address employee payroll inquiries promptly while maintaining high confidentiality and professionalism
• Maintain accurate payroll records, update master files, and assist with month-end reporting
Qualifications
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on Canadian payroll processing experience
• Hands-on proficiency with ADP Workforce Now (WFN)
• Strong knowledge of Canadian payroll compliance standards, employment legislation, and statutory deductions
• Payroll Compliance Professional (PCP) designation or active coursework is considered a strong asset
