Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of dynamic growth strategies, with a focus on implementing AI-driven initiatives.
Optimize the media mix to create highly targeted campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences across innovative channels.
Partner with various cross-functional teams to refine sales forecasting and enhance cost of acquisition and ROI.
Mentor and develop a high-performing digital and paid media team, cultivating leadership skills and fostering analytical and technical excellence.
Leverage data analytics to uncover market trends, guide strategic decisions, and implement advanced A/B testing frameworks.
Evolve the in-house SEM program with cutting-edge strategies that drive impactful results.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a people management role, with a proven ability to lead high-performing digital and paid media teams.
A strategic and creative thinker with a goal-oriented mindset and strong data-driven decision-making skills.
In-depth expertise in digital and paid media strategy, with strong analytical abilities and a data-driven approach.
Demonstrated experience managing paid media budgets and optimizing the media mix for superior cost efficiency.
An adaptable professional who is comfortable with change and able to pivot quickly.
A highly energetic and optimistic leader who consistently seeks new and innovative ways to achieve goals.
