Stable Schedule & Flexibility:
Work 3 days per week, generally 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (with some training days from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM). Once trained, your schedule will become consistent and predictable.
No Retail Chaos: This role is entirely off the retail floor — no inventory drama, no walk-ins - you’ll focus on meaningful, specialized work that directly supports patient care in a unique way

Responsibilities
Part-Time Pharmacist – Specialty Compounding (18-Month Direct Hire Contract)
As a Part-Time Pharmacist in this specialized compounding setting, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe preparation and delivery of patient-specific therapies. Your responsibilities will include:
Reviewing and verifying prescriptions to ensure accuracy, appropriateness, and compliance with all regulatory and internal standards
Providing oversight of pharmacy workflow, including supporting pharmacy technicians and coordinating day-to-day dispensing activities
Performing final product checks, ensuring compounded therapies meet quality, sterility, and labeling requirements before release
Participating in end-of-day walkthroughs of the staging area when scheduled on late shifts
Collaborating with internal teams, including order entry and distribution staff, to maintain timely and accurate order fulfillment
Communicating with healthcare providers (physicians, nurses, and other pharmacists) to clarify orders or provide updates, primarily via phone
Maintaining documentation in accordance with pharmacy regulations and internal policies
Contributing to continuous improvement efforts within the pharmacy team and supporting training of new staff if required
Upholding best practices in sterile compounding while working primarily in a non-PPE environment (minimal exposure to clean/staging rooms)
