Predictable Day Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM with no evenings, no weekends, and paid breaks (two 15-minute breaks plus a 30-minute paid lunch).

Responsibilities
Pharmacist - Full-Time Permanent - Specialty Pharmacy - Corner Brook, NL - Healthcare

Provide direct patient care, prescription dispensing, medication therapy management, and professional health consultations.

Act as an accessible, trusted resource for patients seeking over-the-counter (OTC) advice and specialty health guidance.

Perform Level B non-sterile compounding (such as Diclofenac and specialized topical creams) in accordance with NAPRA standards, with opportunities to expand compounding operations.

Collaborate closely with the Pharmacy Manager, healthcare providers, and pharmacy support staff to maintain efficient daily workflow and optimal patient outcomes.

Oversee and verify the accuracy of prescriptions prepared by pharmacy assistants and technicians.

Support inventory control, ordering, and proper storage of pharmaceuticals and compounding supplies.

Ensure full compliance with federal and provincial pharmacy regulations, privacy standards, and company operating policies.

Qualifications
Pharmacist - Full-Time Permanent - Specialty Pharmacy - Corner Brook, NL - Healthcare

Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (B.Sc.Phm.) or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from a recognized university.

Registered and in good standing (or eligible for immediate licensure) as a licensed Pharmacist with the relevant provincial regulatory body.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a patient-first approach to community care.

Ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary team and adapt to a warm, community-focused setting.
