Permanent full-time direct-hire position (target start dates Nov - Jan)

Responsibilities
Pharmacist - Full-Time, Permanent - November 2026 through January 2027 Start Dates - Vancouver and Lower Mainland, BC - Healthcare

Perform thorough clinical verification and therapeutic assessments for prescription orders

Provide expert clinical consultation and drug information directly to patients and healthcare partners

Liaise with physicians, clinic care coordinators, and health teams to optimize therapeutic outcomes

Monitor and document adverse events in accordance with provincial regulations and safety standards

Lead, coach, and support technicians and assistants in daily administrative and verification workflow


Qualifications
Pharmacist - Full-Time, Permanent - November 2026 through January 2027 Start Dates - Vancouver and Lower Mainland, BC - Healthcare

Active Pharmacist license in good standing with the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia (CPBC)

Strong clinical foundation and dedication to personalized patient care

Excellent communication skills for professional consultations and interprofessional liaison

Interest in modern pharmacy workflow innovation and continuous quality improvement
