Competitive Pay: $22.00 to $24.00 per hour. depending on level of Kroll and pharmacy assistant experience
Immediate Start: Looking to have talent join the team as early as the week of March 9th (midweek or later)

Responsibilities
Pharmacy Assistant / Pharmacy Admin and Patient Support - High Volume Data Entry - Temporary Assignment - Mississauga
Leverage your Kroll and other pharmacy software experience to create medication and supply orders and related deliveries for homecare patients.
Enter infusion and medical supply orders accurately into the system.
Collate prescriptions and ensure all documentation is organized.
Assist with picking equipment within the pharmacy area as needed.
Manage a mix of queued inbound calls and outbound calls regarding delivery inquiries.
Receive and assist callers with a high level of professionalism and accuracy.
Support the team during the transition to a new software system, maintaining high processing standards.
Perform light physical tasks such as replacing printer stock or labels and related pharmacy tasks (approximately 10% of the day).
Qualifications

Must be able to work on-site for all shifts in Mississauga is required
Previous experience as a Pharmacy Assistant or in a Pharmacy Administrative/Data Entry role is required
Proficient communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
Availability to work 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM on either a Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday to Thursday rotation.
Previous experience in a high-volume patient service and/or order entry queue involving phone work and script intake and entry.
