Temporary assignment
Large, Supportive Team: Join a dynamic and established team
Desk-Based Focus: Spend the majority of your day (approx. 6 hours) utilizing your technical billing, adjudication, and communication skills, and up to 2 hours per day supporting filling and other hands-on tasks (but the balance is always based on business needs)
Comprehensive Training: Initial company-specific training shifts would run from 8:00 AM–4:00 PM and then shifts would move to Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm or 10am - 6pm but we need talent who are openly available between the hours of 6am and 8pm weekdays to support business needs in the event that some shift changes are requested.

Your day-to-day work will be a blend of technical coordination and hands-on pharmacy support:
- Handle a high volume of desk-based patient and client interactions via phone and email.
- Perform complex pharmacy billing and adjudication tasks (this is the primary focus). Extensive knowledge of public and private insurance billing is required to proceed in the selection process.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with patients and internal team members.
- Accurately manage prescription labeling.
- Assist with limited hands-on pharmacy tasks, which may include supporting shipping/delivery-oriented work and filling as per business needs.

- Strongly Preferred: Proficiency with Kroll pharmacy software. (Candidates with expert-level billing and adjudication skills on other pharmacy systems will also be considered).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume office style environment.
