For approximately three months (with the potential to extend), you’ll be at the center of a high-priority project, ensuring prescriptions are accurately entered into a new pharmacy software system. Interviews are occuring toward the end of the week of September 8th and successful candidates will start the week of September 15th. Training begins the week of September 15, with Kroll going live in October.
You’ll be joining a team of pharmacy professionals and assistants. Shifts are full-time (8:00 AM–4:00 PM, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, or 10:00 AM–6:00 PM) and will rotate based on business / scheduling needs (you will get schedule in advance but may be asked and expected to work any of those three shifts. This role is 100% pharmacy office-based, not in the cleanroom, and offers consistent hours with minimal overtime.

Responsibilities
Pharmacy Assistant - Data Entry - Hamilton / Stoney Creek - Kroll
Perform high-volume data entry of prescriptions from in-house software into Kroll
Ensure accuracy when entering both existing and new prescriptions - many scripts are compounds so prior experience entering compounds is ideal
Support the transition from the current Simplicity/In-house system to Kroll during the integration phase
Participate in training sessions and use a training platform before live entry begins
Work collaboratively with the pharmacy manager to accommodate weekly/daily scheduling needs
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all prescription records
Qualifications

Strong data entry skills into pharmacy software with proven attention to detail
Experience in pharmacy settings, particularly focused on data entry
Previous Kroll experience is a strong asset
Experience entering compounded mixtures into Kroll is considered an advantage
Ability to work full-time hours on one of the following shifts: 8:00–4:00, 9:00–5:00, or 10:00–6:00, Monday to Friday
Reliability and flexibility to adapt to day-to-day scheduling changes
