Manage a high volume of desk-based client and patient interactions fluidly via both phone and email.
Perform complex pharmacy billing and insurance adjudication tasks as the primary focus of your daily workflow.
Coordinate and communicate clearly and professionally with insurance providers, patients, and internal team members to resolve administrative roadblocks.
Maintain complete accuracy when managing prescription labeling and documentation.
Provide secondary, hands-on support to the pharmacy floor as needed, including filling, shipping, and delivery-oriented tasks.

To be successful in this role, you must bring a specific set of skills and experiences:
- Must-Have: Strong, proven experience in high volume pharmacy billing and adjudication.
- Must-Have: Fluency in English with exceptional verbal and written communication skills (essential for this desk-based role).
- Must-Have: Shift Flexibility. Following the training period (8 AM–4 PM), you must have the flexibility to work any of these shifts: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, 10:00 AM–6:00 PM or to support between the hours of 6am through 8pm weekdays if required.
- Strongly Preferred: Proficiency with Kroll pharmacy software. (Candidates with expert-level billing and adjudication skills on other pharmacy systems will also be considered).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume office style environment.
- If you are educated in accounting/bookeeping and possess at least 1 years' full-time experience in a pharmacy setting, we can also consider your candidacy (as this is an insurance/adjudication focused role but the pharmacy background is a must).
