Are you a Pharmacy Assistant looking to gain experience in a new-to-you setting? Do you have experience with Kroll or other pharmacy software, a minimum of 1 year experience as a pharmacy assistant, and are open to working on a temporary assignment?
We are looking for focused and reliable Pharmacy Assistants for possible future 4-week temporary assignments in the west end of the GTA. If you are looking for daytime hours (Monday to Friday between 8am and 8pm with shifts most often landing as 8:30am - 4:30pm, 9am - 5pm or 10am - 6pm (scheduled in advance) but with the possibility that shifts may go as late as 8pm weekdays.

Accurate Medication Picking: Leverage your prior Pharmacy Assistant experience to accurately retrieve medications from shelves and refrigerators and transport them to the preparation table.
System Entry: Scan medication barcodes (Kroll system), and accurately enter expiry dates and lot numbers.
Labeling: Print and affix labels to medication packaging with precision.
Support: Assist the team with general pharmacy workflow as required.

Technical Skills: Experience with Kroll is highly preferred, but experience with other pharmacy software systems will be considered.
Compliance Readiness: Must be comfortable completing reference checks, a criminal background check, NDA sign-off, and H&S/AODA training immediately to confirm hire, if you are selected. You must be legally eligible to work full-time hours in Canada.
