Data Entry: Process prescription entries within Kroll with a high degree of speed and precision.
Billing & Adjudication: Manage third-party billing for public and private insurers, including contacting providers to troubleshoot and resolve claim discrepancies.
Dispensing Support: Assist in the workflow by selecting, labeling, and preparing medication products for final check.
Logistics Coordination: Utilize email and Microsoft Teams to facilitate internal communication and coordinate delivery logistics.
Inventory Management: Support stock tasks such as receiving shipments, shelving inventory, and monitoring medication levels.
Shipping Support: Generate and cross-reference waybills and shipping data for outgoing orders.
Team Collaboration: Work cooperatively with pharmacy technicians and pharmacists in a high-energy, team-oriented culture.
Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records and contribute to general organizational maintenance.
