Responsibilities
Pharmacy Manager – Specialty Setting Mississauga, ON - Healthcare

Key Responsibilities:

✔Take full ownership of site operations, including compliance, performance, and pharmacy workflow

✔ Lead and develop a diverse team of pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and support staff

✔ Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture grounded in accountability and continuous improvement

✔ Collaborate with cross-functional partners in business, quality, and clinical operations

✔ Analyze and manage financial performance (including P&L and budget metrics)

Qualifications

What You Bring:

✔ Licensed Pharmacist in good standing in Ontario

✔ Minimum 5 years of pharmacy experience, with leadership responsibility for teams of 10+ staff preferred

✔ Specialty pharmacy experience is required

✔ Solid business acumen and comfort with data and performance metrics

✔ Passion for strategic thinking and the ability to step out of workflow to focus on people, planning, and growth
