Own all site operations including compliance, performance, and workflow
Provide leadership to pharmacists, technicians, and support staff

Qualifications
Specialty Pharmacy Manager - Mississauga, ON - Healthcare
Licensed Pharmacist in good standing in Ontario
5+ years of pharmacy practice experience including leadership of a team of more than 10 people Is preferred
Previous work experience in specialty pharmacy is required
Strong business acumen and the ability to work with data-driven metrics
Comfortable stepping out of day-to-day workflow to focus on people and strategy
