Responsibilities
Pharmacy Manager - Ottawa - Healthcare
Launch, manage, and grow the new pharmacy site in Ottawa
Conduct clinical prescription verification (specialty-focused medications)
Act as the primary pharmacy representative on-site, ensuring smooth operations and grow the site and team with the support of your leaders and other resources
Collaborate with nearby clinics and health professionals to develop new service channels
Build partnerships and community connections to expand pharmacy services
Regularly engage with senior leaders and programs to report on progress and align on growth plans
Own site-level financial accountability (P&L responsibility)
Ensure compliance with all OCP regulations and best practices
Qualifications
Pharmacy Manager - Ottawa - Healthcare
Licensed pharmacist in good standing with the Ontario College of Pharmacists
Fluently bilingual in English and French (non-negotiable)
Ideally injection certified
Previous leadership experience in a pharmacy setting preferred (start-up/new site experience ideal)
Comfortable working independently, especially in early stages of site development
Entrepreneurial spirit with a strong sense of ownership and initiative
Willing to travel for training if needed (e.g., to other sites in Ontario)
