Pharmacy Operations Supervisor RPh

We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Pharmacist who is keen to support team and service leadership as Pharmacy Operations Supervisor. This leader will act as "the right-hand" to the Designated Pharmacy Manager, leading daily workflow and optimizing operational excellence. This pharmacy supports a variety of patients - from walk-in patients seeking OTC and prescription support to residential care (including but not limited to long-term care and mental health) patients and their caregivers across Vancouver.

This role is open due to pharmacy growth and offers a chance to make your mark as part of an amazing team of pharmacy professionals that values collaboration, innovation, and quality patient care. You’ll lead by example, helping shape processes and mentor a skilled team of pharmacists and technicians.

Responsibilities
Pharmacy Operations Supervisor - Pharmacist - Vancouver - Full Time, Permanent - Healthcare

Oversee and optimize daily pharmacy workflow within the dispensary

Act as a key liaison between pharmacists, technicians, and the pharmacy manager

Support operational initiatives and special projects

Ensure compliance with pharmacy standards, safety, and documentation requirements

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization

Mentor team members to uphold quality and performance standards

Contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture


Qualifications
Pharmacy Operations Supervisor - Pharmacist - Vancouver - Full Time, Permanent - Healthcare

Licensed Pharmacist in good standing with the College of Pharmacists of BC

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Pharmacist in a high-volume operational role in any setting

Strong understanding of pharmacy workflow and long-term care services

Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills

Demonstrated leadership ability and commitment to team development

Adaptability and drive to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
