We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Pharmacist who is keen to support team and service leadership as Pharmacy Operations Supervisor. This leader will act as "the right-hand" to the Designated Pharmacy Manager, leading daily workflow and optimizing operational excellence. This pharmacy supports a variety of patients - from walk-in patients seeking OTC and prescription support to residential care (including but not limited to long-term care and mental health) patients and their caregivers across Vancouver.
This role is open due to pharmacy growth and offers a chance to make your mark as part of an amazing team of pharmacy professionals that values collaboration, innovation, and quality patient care. Qualifications

Licensed Pharmacist in good standing with the College of Pharmacists of BC
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Pharmacist in a high-volume operational role in any setting
Strong understanding of pharmacy workflow and long-term care services

Demonstrated leadership ability and commitment to team development
Adaptability and drive to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
