Responsibilities
Accurately select, pick, and retrieve items from designated warehouse storage locations using picking slips, work orders, or RF scanner technology.
• Inspect picked products for correct part numbers, stock codes, visual defects, product quality, and accurate quantities before packaging.
• Securely pack finished items into boxes, cartons, totes, or custom containers using bubble wrap, foam, and protective packing materials.
• Measure, weigh, and label packed containers with destination shipping labels, barcodes, and handling instruction tags.
• Operate manual material handling equipment, including hand trucks, manual pallet jacks, and utility carts, safely throughout the warehouse facility.
• Assist with inventory management tasks, such as bin filling, cycle counting, stock sorting, and routine inventory audits in the manufacturing & logistics department.
• Unload, inspect, and verify incoming goods against purchase orders and packing slips during receiving operations.
• Maintain a tidy, organized, and hazard-free workstation in accordance with company 5S standards and Occupational Health & Safety regulations.
• Identify and immediately report any order discrepancies, damaged inventory, or potential safety hazards to the floor supervisor.
