Responsibilities
- Utilize iPad and RF scanning technology to accurately pick and prepare customer orders for outbound shipment.
- Conduct thorough visual and physical inspections of all items to ensure they meet brand standards prior to packing.
- Execute high-quality packing techniques to protect merchandise and ensure a damage-free delivery experience.
- Ensure precise labeling, tagging, and stickering of parcels for accurate routing and identification.
- Support stock flow by transferring inventory from bulk storage to active picking zones with high attention to detail.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment while assisting the Warehouse Manager with special projects.
- Thrive in a fast-paced setting by meeting productivity goals while strictly adhering to all health and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- 1 year of experience as an Order Picker/Picker Packer.
- Must be legally eligible to work full-time in Canada.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Experience with an RF scanner is a strong asset.
- Demonstrated reliability and a consistent record of punctual attendance.
