Responsibilities
Responsabilities as a picker with reach experience:
• Accurately and efficiently perform order picking and packing duties as a Picker/Packer.
• Safely operate a reach truck (Hangcha/Crown style equipment) to retrieve and store products in high racking.
• Execute the building of custom pallets based on specific order requirements and instructions.
• Perform routine pre-operation checks on the reach truck and report any mechanical issues.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
Qualifications
What we expect for the picker with reach experience:
• Expertise in operating a reach truck; certification is highly valued.
• Exceptional attention to detail and high levels of accuracy in order fulfillment.
• Physical stamina and strength to lift and move heavy items as required.
