Good communication skills are a must for this role, as you will be required to speak and understand English to operate the talkman system used for order picking. This system provides clear, spoken instructions to guide you through the warehouse, ensuring efficient and accurate fulfillment.

Responsibilities
• Use a voice-activated "talkman" system to receive and understand picking instructions.
• Accurately select natural products from warehouse shelves based on order sheets.
• Safely operate manual pallet jacks or other equipment to transport products as needed.
• Pack products securely into boxes or onto pallets for shipping.
• Label and prepare orders for pickup by shipping carriers.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and efficient workflow.
• Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards.
• Collaborate with other warehouse team members to meet daily production goals.
• Participate in inventory counts and help maintain accurate stock levels.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and operational protocols within the warehouse.
Qualifications
• Must have good English communication skills (both verbal and comprehension).
• Punctuality and excellent attendance are required for this role.
• Must have your own reliable transportation (a vehicle is necessary as the location is not on a bus route).
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the 8-hour shift.
• A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
• Ready to start immediately in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
