Procure maintenance, repairs and operations (MRO) materials and services, evaluate and select suppliers, and negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts, excluding corporate supplier list purchases
Create and manage purchase requisitions, confirm delivery timelines, follow up on delays, and process goods receipts in SAP
Track and organize spare part and supply inventories, update SAP accordingly, and optimize inventory levels based on usage and operational importance
Investigate and resolve delivery issues, invoice discrepancies, billing delays, and manage the return process for defective or incorrect items
Monitor and report on maintenance spending, inventory accuracy, and supplier performance using SAP and plant maintenance logs
Maintain a clean and organized storeroom, support material kitting for scheduled work, and ensure efficient accessibility of inventory
Ensure compliance with procurement policies, participate in required trainings, and align procurement and inventory activities with PLM system requirements
Collaborate with maintenance teams, communicate delivery updates, manage open POs and work order closures, and participate in maintenance planning meetings

3–5 years of experience in purchasing, storeroom, or inventory control within a manufacturing environment
Bachelor's degree in a technical or supply chain field, or equivalent experience with strong technical aptitude
Proficiency in SAP (particularly the MM module) and familiarity with PLM systems
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
Effective communication and coordination skills with vendors and internal teams.
Basic understanding of maintenance operations and MRO materials
Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across functions
Knowledge of procure-to-pay processes and maintenance-related purchasing is a plus
