Your Impact
Uphold Safety Standards: Strictly observe and enforce all facility safety policies, operational protocols, and mandatory Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements at all times.
Drive Production & Logistics Support: Bag, count, pack, label, and palletize products with precision while loading and unloading shipments across indoor environments (80–90%) and outdoor settings (10–20%).
Maintain Facility Excellence: Keep operational zones clean and hazard-free, including shoveling grain spills and actively supporting the Sanitation team.
Execute Operational Support: Work directly alongside plant operators and supervisors while assisting with routine machine maintenance and core production tasks.

Work Ethic & Adaptability: Dependable, hardworking team member capable of performing a dynamic blend of indoor and outdoor physical tasks.
Shift Flexibility: Willing and able to work a weekly rotating schedule across Mornings (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM), Afternoons (2:00 PM – 10:30 PM), and Nights (10:00 PM – 6:30 AM).
Immediate Availability: Ready and available to start work right away.
Reliable Transportation: Possess a personal, reliable vehicle to ensure consistent, on-time attendance for every shift.
Forklift Experience (Preferred): Prior hands-on experience operating a sit-down counterbalance forklift.
Yard & Logistics Skills (Preferred): Previous experience driving a shunt truck.
Industry Background (Preferred): Prior experience in agriculture, farm equipment operation, or grain and food production environments.

Responsibilities
Safety First: Observe and strictly follow all safety policies, procedures, and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements at all times.
Production & Warehouse Operations:
Bag, palletize, count, pack, and label food products safely.
Load and unload pallets and product shipments.
Handle general heavy lifting and product movement across work areas.
Facility Maintenance:
Clean and maintain various work areas, shovel grain spills, and assist the Sanitation team as needed.
Operational Assistance:
Follow direct instructions from supervisors and main plant operators.
Assist operators with general plant tasks and mechanical needs.
Qualifications
Physical Capability: Ability to comfortably lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
Driver's License: Valid Class 5 Driver's License.
Technical Aptitude: Mechanically inclined with basic computer skills.
Safety Awareness: Prior experience working in a safety-focused industrial or agricultural environment.
Prior experience with agriculture, farm equipment, or grain handling facilities.
Proven mechanical troubleshooting skills.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a proven ability to follow directions reliably.
