New career Oppoortunity : We’re not your typical manufacturing company. We’re a small, passionate team that is rapidly growing and making a big impact . Our facility isn't filled with old equipment; it's a state-of-the-art operation built on automation, data, and smart technology.
...
We believe that a great company is built by great people. We’ve worked hard to create a place where people are excited to come to work, where ideas are celebrated, and where everyone feels like part of a family. We’re looking for a leader to help us protect and scale that culture as we grow.
You won’t be just a Plant Manager; you’ll be a "player-coach." You will be the on-site leader responsible for everything inside our four walls, from scaling our output and mastering our technology to mentoring our team and making this the best place to work in town.
Location : Barrie area
If you are ready to take the next step in your career and embrace a lifestyle that offers both professional fulfillment and personal well-being, we want to hear from you.
Advantages
•Base Salary: CAD $100,000 – $120,000 per year (depending on experience).
•Eligible to participate in bonus plan.
•Compensation will be reviewed annually based on operational performance and contribution to culture and team development.
Work Hard, Play Harder (On-Site!)
We’re serious about creating an environment where you'll love coming to work. Forget the sad breakroom. How about a full-facility gym with a personal trainer? Or an on-site massage therapist? Or maybe a volleyball court, an employee-run garden, and company bikes?
Responsibilities
Lead, Mentor & Inspire: Build and lead a high-performing, joyful, and engaged production team. You'll be responsible for hiring, training, and professional development.
Foster Our "People-First" Culture: Champion a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement where every team member feels valued, heard, and empowered. (And yes, have some fun while doing it).
Master the Operation: Oversee all plant activities, including production scheduling, quality assurance, maintenance, shipping, and receiving.
Qualifications
•7+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience, ideally in high-mix / custom / low-volume production environments.
•Demonstrated ability to lead teams of 30+ employees through a front-line leadership layer.
•Proven ability to drive reliable daily execution: planning work, assigning resources, and ensuring follow-through.
•Strong competency in elevating leadership performance — setting expectations for the production leadership team and holding them accountable in a professional, consistent way.
Proven Experience: 5+ years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment. (Experience in a growing or start-up environment is a massive plus).
Summary
Why You’ll Love Working Here
Real Impact: You will see the direct results of your work every single day. You aren't a cog in a machine; you're helping build the machine.
A Team That Cares: We are a tight-knit group. We work hard, we trust each other, and we win together.
If you are ready to take the next step in your career and embrace a lifestyle that offers both professional fulfillment and personal well-being, we want to hear from you.
