Schedule: Weekly rotating shifts:
Week 1 (Mornings): 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Week 2 (Afternoons): 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
Week 3 (Nights): 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM
Good-to-Have :
Previous experience operating a Sit-Down Counterbalance Forklift.
Shunt truck driving experience.
Prior experience with agriculture, farm equipment, or grain/food production.
Key Responsibilities
Safety First: Observe and strictly follow all safety policies, procedures, and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements at all times.
Production & Warehouse Support:
Palletize, bag, count, pack, and label products accurately.
Load and unload pallets and product shipments.
Clean and maintain various work areas, including shoveling grain spills and assisting the Sanitation team as needed.
Operational Assistance:
Follow direct instructions from supervisors and main plant operators.
Assist operators with machine maintenance and production tasks.

Clean and maintain various work areas, shovel grain spills, and assist the Sanitation team as needed.
Operational Assistance:
Follow direct instructions from supervisors and main plant operators.
Assist operators with general plant tasks and mechanical needs.
Qualifications
Physical Capability: Ability to comfortably lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
Driver's License: Valid Class 5 Driver's License.
Technical Aptitude: Mechanically inclined with basic computer skills.
Safety Awareness: Prior experience working in a safety-focused industrial or agricultural environment.
Prior experience with agriculture, farm equipment, or grain handling facilities.
Proven mechanical troubleshooting skills.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a proven ability to follow directions reliably.
