In this critical enablement role, you will serve as the "face of Planview" and the primary frontline technical support layer for users across the organization. This position focuses on delivering a high-touch, "white-glove" support experience, resolving configuration issues, executing platform maintenance, and conducting training. Operating within a highly collaborative Agile pod structure, you will partner closely with platform architects, scrum masters, and systems administrators to maintain data integrity, perform user acceptance testing (UAT), and support ongoing system enhancements.

Responsibilities
User Support, Enablement & Queue Management
Frontline System Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for Planview users globally, managing incoming support requests, troubleshooting access issues, and resolving technical configuration tickets.
SLA Management: Ensure strict adherence to support SLAs, including an initial response within 24 hours and daily status follow-ups until final ticket resolution.
User Onboarding & Training: Conduct user onboarding sessions, design "how-to" guides, and provide hands-on tool training to foster platform adoption across diverse business units.
Operational Documentation: Assist in drafting, reviewing, and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), system administration guides, and self-service knowledge base articles.
QA Validation, Configuration & System Hygiene
UAT & Platform Testing: Plan and perform comprehensive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and QA validation cycles across Planview modules prior to scheduled platform releases.
System Maintenance & Hygiene: Execute routine data validation, maintain system security settings, manage user permissions, and perform standard configuration clean-ups.
Integration Support: Provide basic configuration and troubleshooting support for integrated platform ecosystems (including Jira, ServiceNow, Fieldglass, and LeanIX).
Continuous Improvement: Collaborate daily with platform architects to support roadmap enhancements, continuous system optimization, and the deployment of new Planview modules.
Qualifications
Experience: 2 to 5 years of progressive professional experience specializing in Planview system administration, PMO tooling support, or IT application management.
Planview Functional Depth: Strong hands-on knowledge administrating or supporting core Planview components, specifically Resource Management, Demand Management, and Financial Management modules.
Ticket Queue Management: Proven experience supporting corporate users in a high-volume, SLA-driven ticketing environment (such as ServiceNow).
Testing & Quality Assurance: Clear understanding of structured software release lifecycles, UAT scripts, QA validation, and tracking testing defects.
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent practical enterprise technology experience.
Soft Skills: Outstanding customer service and communication skills. An adaptable team player who can translate complex technical terms into user-friendly guidance, maintain high responsiveness, and thrive in an Agile pod structure.
Nice-to-Have Skills & Assets
Holding a valid Planview Certification (such as Planview Certified Administrator or Portfolio Administrator) is highly preferred.
Operational experience or administrative exposure to Strategy & Planning (ICP), AgilePlace, or ProjectPlace.
Foundational understanding of automated API integrations connecting PMO tools with Jira, LeanIX, and Fieldglass.
Prior experience operating within a structured Planview Business-As-Usual (BAU) or operations support model.
