Immediate Start: We are looking for our team members to hit the floor this week.
Work-Life Balance: Choose between an early-finish Friday or a 4-day work week.
Responsibilities
Plasma Cutting: Operate manual or CNC plasma cutting equipment to cut steel components according to specific blueprints and project templates.
Spot Welding: Execute high-quality spot welds on steel assemblies, ensuring structural integrity.
Industrial Grinding: Perform heavy-duty grinding to smooth welds, remove burrs, and prep surfaces for the next stage of production.
Quality Control: Conduct visual inspections of finished parts to ensure they meet the precision requirements..
Material Handling: Safely move steel components through the plasma, grinding, and welding stations to maintain a fluid "assembly line" pace.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Production Line Worker, Team Assembler, or in a similar General Labour/Manufacturing role.
Must be able to consistently lift up to 50 lbs and stand for the duration of the Shift.
Ability to reliably commute to the job location in Aylmer, Ontario.
Demonstrate a strong commitment to quality, efficiency, and safety in a manufacturing setting. • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
