About this role
We are working with a prominent Canadian Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance organization that is currently navigating a major acquisition and system transition. As the company focuses on maintaining complete data accuracy, meeting regulatory expectations, and delivering a smooth customer experience, we are recruiting Policy Conversion Representatives on contracts of up to 12 months. Your role will support the successful migration of policy information throughout this critical project phase.

Responsibilities
This position centres on precise data handling and policy processing within an insurance operations setting.
Policy Migration Execution: Perform detailed manual entry and processing to transfer P&C insurance policy details accurately from the legacy platform into the new system.
Data Review & Validation: Check every data point for accuracy, identify errors or inconsistencies, and use sound judgment to correct issues and complete scenario-based policy conversions.
Outbound Communication: Reach out by phone or email to brokers when clarification, confirmation, or missing data is required for policy files
(Note: This role involves no inbound customer service calls).
Quality & Compliance: Work to strict regulatory and governance standards, ensuring every converted policy meets accuracy expectations and is error-free.

Full training will be provided on:
Vyne-GWPC (Guidewire Policy Center)
Salesforce
Qualifications
Relevant experience in roles involving high-volume data processing or detailed administrative work where accuracy, compliance, and quality were critical (such as policy administration or processing support).
Strong attention to detail, reliable technical skills, a quality-first mindset, and the ability to manage time efficiently.
Clear and professional communication skills for outbound phone and email interactions with brokers.
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, production-driven environment.
Able to complete 6–7 weeks of structured training that includes e-learning, shadowing, and hands-on practice with guidance from a Team Lead.
Performance evaluated through KPIs focused on accuracy, regulatory alignment, and the number of policy conversions completed.
