Responsibilities
This role is centered on meticulous data entry and processing within the insurance operations environment.
-Policy & Data Migration: Perform manual data entry to migrate P&C insurance policy information from legacy systems to Guidewire Policy Center (Vyne-GWPC).
-Data Verification & Analysis: Ensure data accuracy, identify discrepancies, and apply judgment to resolve issues during conversion.
-Outbound Follow-Up: Contact brokers via calls or emails to clarify missing or incorrect information (no inbound customer service calls).
-Quality Assurance: Maintain strict adherence to governance and regulatory standards, ensuring high-quality, error-free conversion.

Qualifications
-Relevant Experience: Customer service or call center experience involving high-volume, complex data processing, ideally within the insurance sector.
-Core Skills: Strong attention to detail, quality-focused work ethic, technical aptitude, and effective time management.
-Communication: Clear, professional, and effective communication with brokers via phone and email.
