Outbound Follow-up: Conduct necessary outbound calls and email correspondence with brokers for clarification or missing information related to policy conversion files. (Note: There are no inbound customer service calls).
Quality Assurance: Maintain strict adherence to governance and regulatory requirements, prioritizing the quality of work to ensure no mistakes in the conversion process.

Core Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, quality-focused work ethic, strong technical aptitude, and efficient time management.
Communication: Professional, clear, and effective communication skills for professional interaction with brokers via phone and email.

Pace of Work: Fast-paced, high-volume production environment.
