Responsibilities
• Apply an accurate amount of powder coating to metal parts using a spray gun.
• Dry excess water off parts and perform surface preparation.
• Sand and rework parts to maintain high-quality standards.
• Inspect finished products and report any defects in parts or equipment.
• Lift and move parts weighing approximately 35 pounds.
• Maintain a clean and safe workstation within the manufacturing & logistics facility.


Qualifications
• Previous experience as a Powder Coater or industrial sprayer.
• Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Attention to detail for identifying surface imperfections.
• Ability to work effectively in a fabrication et logistique environment.
• Physical ability to lift 35 pounds regularly.
• Experience in a manufacturing & logistics or industrial setting.
• Reliable transportation to the Brantford location.
• Commitment to safety and quality excellence.
