In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, spraying, and baking a variety of parts to ensure a high-quality, durable finish that meets our company standards.

Responsibilities
Surface Preparation: Clean, sand, mask, and prep parts for the coating process.
Powder Application: Efficiently and evenly apply powder coatings to various metal substrates using electrostatic spray guns.
Oven Operation: Hang parts on racks, move them into curing ovens, and monitor bake times and temperatures.
Quality Control: Inspect finished products for runs, thin spots, or defects to ensure a flawless finish.
Maintenance: Clean and maintain spray guns, booths, and other powder coating equipment daily.
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience specifically in powder coating.
Physical Stamina: Must be comfortable with heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs regularly) and standing for long periods.
Reliability: A proven track record of punctuality and consistent attendance is a absolute must.
Detail-Oriented: Ability to catch imperfections
Safety First: Ability to properly use and maintain required PPE (respirators, safety glasses, etc.).
