Pre-Press Mac Operator

Your Role As Pre-Press Mac Operator, you’ll take on real challenges that bring out your full potential. Your scope includes:

• Pre-flight and review customer-supplied artwork and graphic files for print readiness
• Create, modify, and reformat graphic files to meet print specifications and press requirements
• Perform trapping, prepress adjustments, image manipulation, and file preparation activities
• Support flexographic printing processes and ensure files are optimized for production
• Collaborate with production, art, and film departments to ensure quality standards are met
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines with minimal supervision
• Maintain exceptional attention to detail and perform additional duties as assigned

What you bring You're a natural fit for Pre-Press Mac Operator if you have:

• A College or University degree in Graphic Arts, Package Design, or a related field
• Experience or training in graphic design, packaging design, or pre-press production
• Strong proficiency with Mac operating systems and Adobe Creative Suite applications
• Working knowledge of PC operating systems and software
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
• Knowledge of Esko software, flexographic printing, corrugated packaging, or flexo plate making is considered an asset
• A collaborative mindset, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team; French communication skills are an asset
