This Press Brake Operator role is a vital part of the production team, responsible for ensuring that all parts are manufactured to the highest standards. You will be instrumental in operating and maintaining press brake machines, working with detailed drawings and specifications, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the production line. Responsibilities
• Operating controls, setting machine functions, deburring and inspection of parts to assure conformance
• Must be able to work from drawings and sketches provided, read and understand manuals and specification of sample parts
• Organize and maintain cleanliness of work area throughout the work day
• Detect equipment malfunctions and material deficiencies
• Calculate blank sizes, bend locations, appropriate tonnage and tooling for each part being formed
• Overseeing the Turret machine and Deburring machine to ensure line productivity
• Any other reasonable, lawful requirement of Employer
Qualifications
• 1+ years of proven experience as a Press Brake Operator
• Knowledge of industrial machines is a significant asset (e.g., CNC,AMADA machine, Turret Press, Deburring machines)
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Demonstrated ability to work safely and efficiently at all times
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliability and punctuality are essential for this role
• A strong work ethic and a desire to contribute to team success
