Responsibilities
- Set clear operational standards and key performance indicators to meet and exceed ambitious production targets.
- Develop and implement strategic procedures and workflows to elevate departmental efficiency and product quality.
- Act as a motivational coach, training and guiding your team on cutting-edge production methods and uncompromising safety standards.
- Maintain rigorous control over critical departmental inventory and metrics to proactively manage and reduce overall operating costs.
- Drive cross-functional synergy by collaborating effectively with Sales, Quality Assurance, and Planning teams.
- Ensure a consistently safe and organized production environment, holding all team members accountable to safety regulations.
Qualifications
- A minimum of five years of progressive leadership experience in management roles, specifically within printing or comparable high-volume manufacturing operations.
- Proven expertise in press processes, including a strong foundational knowledge of related manufacturing and robust budget management.
- Exceptional conflict resolution abilities, coupled with demonstrated skills in complex problem-solving and proactive decision-making.
- Required proficiency in core enterprise software, specifically Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Visio, and Teams.
- Ability to read, comprehend, and execute detailed production plans and process documentation.
