ng long-term career potential. As a Press Line Operator, you will play a crucial role in operating specialized machinery to manufacture high-quality engineered products distributed worldwide. In this dynamic Press Line Operator role, you will work in a collaborative team environment to safely manufacture vital products. Your primary focus as a Press Line Operator will be to prioritize safe work practices, uphold strict quality standards, and meet or exceed daily production targets. Operating within a fast-paced environment involving heavy lifting, hot conditions, and the precise use of hand tools, the ideal Press Line Operator brings mechanical aptitude, strong communication, and a commitment to operational excellence.
Must be able to commit to a rotating continental schedule; available for weekends, days and nights as per the schedule.
Skills required:
• Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on trouble-shooting abilities.
• Skill in safely using hand tools, including trimming knives and picks.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for team collaboration and production tracking.
• Keen attention to detail for visual quality inspection, weight auditing, and precision measurements.

Responsibilities
• Work safely in a team of multiple operators, prioritizing safety, product quality, and meeting daily production goals.
• Follow the press line schedule, routers, and ensure raw materials are stocked and properly weighted prior to loading presses.
• Safely load and unload raw materials and finished goods from compression presses
• Perform pre-use audits, quality load checklists, in-process quality checks, and first-off inspections to ensure ISO 9001 compliance.
• Safely trim conforming parts using hand tools such as knives and picks, label finished items accurately, and set aside non-conforming parts for quality verification.
• Accurately record all daily production data, complete required documentation
• Maintain clean work areas, report all health and safety concerns immediately, and properly wear all required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Qualifications
• Previous experience working within a heavy manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Must be able to commit to a 2-week continental rotating shift schedule (7 AM–7 PM Days / 7 PM–7 AM Nights).
• Physical capability to perform heavy lifting and comfortably work in a hot production environment.
• Reliable personal transportation as the role is not located on a bus route
