Schedule: 12-Hour Continental Rotation (2 weeks days / 2 weeks nights, includes rotating weekends)

Responsibilities
- Press Operations: Efficiently set up, load, monitor, and unload industrial compression presses following routing sheets and daily quota targets.
- Quality Assurance: Perform strict ISO 9001 quality checks, precision weight audits, and thorough first-piece inspections.
- Component Finishing: Use specialized hand tools (picks, utility blades, trim knives) to deflash, finish, and label parts to exact specifications.
- Material Handling: Stage press lines prior to operation by verifying batch codes and accurately weighing raw stock.
- Reporting & Compliance: Document scrap metrics and production outputs, maintain a clean cell work area, and strictly follow all plant safety guidelines.
Qualifications
- Relevant Experience: Proven history operating machinery within a heavy industrial or manufacturing setup.
- Technical Aptitude: Strong mechanical acumen, proficiency with hand tools, and natural equipment troubleshooting abilities.
- Physical Capability: Comfort working in a high-temperature plant environment alongside the ability to perform routine heavy lifting.
- Schedule Commitment: Full availability for a 12-hour continental rotation (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM / 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, including alternating weekends).
- Reliable Transportation: Valid driver’s license and daily access to a personal vehicle.
