Randstad is seeking a Pricing Analyst to join our client's team on a contract basis until the end of the year. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in pricing operations, working with a dynamic team that is mostly remote across Canada and the US. You will play a crucial role in ensuring pricing accuracy and compliance, and your work will directly impact the success of various pricing programs. This role is a contract position, meaning you will join our client's team directly for the duration of the contract.

Responsibilities
- Support the setup, modification, and maintenance of pricing programs.
- Assist in the documentation of pricing processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Manage and track all pricing plan change requests, ensuring they are executed in a timely and accurate manner.
- Conduct regular audits and reconciliations to maintain data integrity and compliance across all pricing programs.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Product, Finance, and Revenue Generation, to ensure seamless operations.
- Undertake ad-hoc research and special projects as required to support the pricing team's objectives.
Qualifications
- A degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field is considered a valuable asset.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential for success in this role.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate complex data and processes.
- Proficiency with a variety of software is required, and prior experience with Salesforce is a significant advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
