In this role as a Print Machine Operator, you will be responsible for the setup, operation, and maintenance of printing equipment to ensure high-quality output. Working within the manufacturing & logistics sector, you will play a vital role in the production cycle, ensuring that all technical specifications are met with precision. Because this position is located in Brantford, Ontario, the primary language of operation is English, and bilingualism is not a requirement for this specific mandate.

Proven experience as a Print Machine Operator or in a similar role within a printing environment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues independently.
• Deep understanding of the manufacturing & logistics workflow and quality control processes.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and job specifications accurately.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and handle the demands of a fast-paced production floor.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks within a shift.

Set up and operate printing machines according to specific job orders and technical requirements.
• Monitor the printing process to maintain consistent quality and detect any malfunctions early.
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on manufacturing & logistics equipment to minimize downtime.
• Adjust ink flow, rollers, and paper feed to ensure optimal alignment and color density.
• Inspect finished products for defects, ensuring they meet the high standards of our manufacturing & logistics clients.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety protocols and industrial standards.
• Document production logs and report any significant mechanical issues to the supervisor.
• Collaborate with the production team to meet daily output targets and deadlines in Brantford.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2–3 years of experience as a Print Machine Operator.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in printing is a strong asset.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing & logistics setting is highly preferred.
• Ability to work the specified shift of 6:30 am – 2:30 pm consistently.
• Reliable transportation to the job site in Brantford.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Commitment to workplace safety and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
