Responsibilities
Lead the setup and operation of complex printing presses according to technical job orders.
• Monitor production runs to ensure superior quality, color consistency, and precise alignment.
• Perform advanced routine maintenance on specialized manufacturing & logistics equipment.
• Troubleshoot complex mechanical issues independently to ensure maximum machine uptime.
• Conduct thorough quality inspections of finished products to meet strict client standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace while documenting detailed production logs.
• Collaborate with the production team to optimize workflow and meet daily targets in Brantford.
Qualifications
3–5 years of experience as a Print Machine Operator is required.
• Strong track record of success within a specialized manufacturing & logistics setting.
• Ability to reliably commute to the production facility in Brantford.
• Deep technical knowledge of industrial printing equipment and advanced settings.
