Responsibilities
-Operate digital print equipment
-Operate standard finishing equipment (paper cutters, bindery, laminating, and drill)
-Point of contact to receive customer requests, provide estimates, schedule, and track production
-Perform basic quality inspection before, during and after output of each production run
-rack and store jobs as customer requires for reuse at a future date
- Maintain reporting logs and information for billing purposes
- Wrap, pack, label, and ship finished product
-Maintain appropriate supply inventory levels
- Problem solve basic issues to complete production, delivery, and output requirements � Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
-Ability to be on your feet for up to 80% of your day
-Ability and willingness to learn and develop SKILLS
-Good communications skills (oral and written)
-Intermediate use of MS Office, Adobe and other relevant software
Qualifications
EXPERIENCE:
6 months to 1 year experience in a Customer Service environment
EDUCATION:
- Minimum High School diploma or equivalent
- Post high school technology training or experience (Preferred)
