Responsibilities
This position works as part of the service delivery team and is responsible for satisfying customer requirements for mail insertion in a multi customer location.
Duties for a specific role may include - but are not limited to - these duties.
• Conduct quality checks on own work to ensure accuracy and required output is to standards
• Manage Inventory, supplies and materials
• Process inventory for delivery
• Sort, organize and store inventory in the proper location
• Package items and label correctly
• Report damaged items to supervisors
• Stack and organize large bulk items
• Remove inventory from trucks or shipping and deliver to proper location
• Ensure workspace is free of debris and remove safety hazards from aisles
• Work as an active team member to complete team goals
Hand Insertion
Production of client documents inserted into envelopes to be mailed to Canada Post.
In this role, the individual is responsible for performing hand mail insertion operations / services in the production process.
Hand Insertion of multiple documents into various size envelopes
Qualifications
Requirements and Qualifications
Physically able to stand, sit, move, squat, and walk during the course of the shift
Physically able to lift up to 40 pounds
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Able to work independently
Willingness to learn and take direction
Adhere to all safety procedures
Intermediate use of MS Office, Adobe and other relevant software
EXPERIENCE: 6 months to 1 year experience in a Customer Service environment
EDUCATION: Minimum High School diploma or equivalent
Post high school technology training or experience
