Establish and maintain high levels of Customer Satisfaction
First point of contact for PC and software related issue
Pre-configuring desk top equipment
Arrange delivery and setup of desktop equipment
Shipping / Receiving of equipment for remote location depot repair
Setting up and deploying scanning templates to the various machines
Adjusting and editing third party fax software for fax books, print drivers and assorted settings
Provide support and assist with printing (B/W & Colour)
Manage supplies inventory
Maintaining finishing equipment
Assist with finishing in the Print shop

Qualifications
EXPERIENCE: 6 months to 1 year experience in a Customer Service environment 1 to 2 years experience in a Print Shop environment
EDUCATION: Post high school technology training or experience (Preferred)
Deliver exceptional customer service by proactively identifying and responding to customer needs while supporting business objectives and values.
Work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and effective time management while meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Statement of Work (SOW) requirements.
Demonstrate proficiency with personal computers, including Microsoft Office applications, email management, web browsing, file management, and accurate data entry.
Identify and resolve routine issues by following established procedures and exercising sound judgment in day-to-day operations.
Display a strong willingness to learn and develop expertise in print production processes and finishing equipment.
Maintain the physical ability to stand for extended periods, walk, bend, reach, and perform other job-related physical tasks.
Exhibit a positive attitude, adaptability, and a willingness to learn, accept feedback, and follow direction.
Thrive in a customer-facing environment by building positive relationships and delivering high-quality service.
Develop and maintain a working knowledge of equipment and the client’s IT environment to effectively support operational requirements.
