We are seeking a dependable Night Shift Wide Format Printer / Operator to join our production team in Barrie.
In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining advanced wide-format printing and finishing equipment, ensuring high-quality standards, and keeping production running smoothly—all while taking advantage of a convenient 4-day workweek!

Responsibilities
* Operate wide-format printers and digital finishing tools
* Prepare files, media, inks, and substrates according to specific job guidelines.
* Monitor print runs, adjust for color accuracy, inspect finished products for defects, and ensure high product consistency.
* Perform daily cleaning and routine maintenance; troubleshoot minor technical issues and report major mechanical problems promptly.
* Complete production tracking documentation, maintain a safe and clean work area, and strictly adhere to workplace safety protocols.
Qualifications
* Previous experience operating wide-format printing equipment is preferred , but not required
* Understanding of digital print workflows, good problem-solving skills, and basic computer/production software skills.
* Stong eye for detail, strong organizational skills,
* The ability to work independently during evening/night shifts
* Ability to stand for extended periods, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
