Position: Machine Operator
Location: Paris, ON
Continental Shift Schedule - 7AM to 7PM
Week 1 - Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat
Week 2 - Sun, Wed, Thurs
Pay: $23/hr
*Must have access to reliable personal transportation, as the location is not serviced by public transit.

Responsibilities
• Operate, setup, and monitor Kronsberg, panel saw, vinyl applicator, and Icut machines to print, cut, and roll retail signs.
• Load raw print substrates and acrylic materials safely into equipment, handling weights mostly under 30 lbs and up to 50 lbs.
• Perform routine machine cleaning, basic maintenance, and area upkeep during printing and cutting operational cycles.
• Unload finished signage components efficiently while keeping pace with moderate-to-fast production targets.
• Collaborate closely with team members and report directly to the shift supervisor to ensure quality output.
Qualifications
• Prior experience operating Icut machinery or a solid background in print production, vinyl, acrylic, or digital cutting.
• Basic computer literacy to navigate machine controls and digital cutting templates seamlessly.
• Physical capability to stand for full shifts and comfortably lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Must own CSA-approved steel-toe safety footwear (hearing protection and safety glasses provided)
