Responsibilities
Set up and operate offset lithographic presses (Heidelberg preferred) according to job specifications.
Review dockets, ensure correct job setup, and complete Printing Quality Checklists.
Match and maintain colour accuracy, registration, and print consistency throughout runs.
Perform press make-readies, adjustments, and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
Monitor production quality and document in-process challenges or defects.
Maintain accurate counts and records using in-house software.
Support FAB (Finishing and Bindery) teams to ensure seamless workflow between departments.
Assist in training and mentoring junior printing staff.
Adhere to all safety, PPE, and maintenance standards.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in a printing department (preferably offset lithography).
Hands-on experience with Heidelberg or similar multi-colour presses.
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability.
Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
Excellent attention to detail and colour accuracy (LAB / Delta E capture).
Physically capable of handling heavy materials (rollers, plates, etc.).
